Monitoring the situation, we did not excpect the Russian peacekeeprs to do nothing to help their Armenian allied CSTO state, or for the Russian government to do nothing to uphold the treaty of 2020 which ended the second war. Considering the actions and words of the Russian officials such as Medvedev, it is highly possible Russia intentionally let the Armenians in their own peril, and they may even have been in cahoots with the Azeris on the date of the invasion in NK (too weird to be a coincidence that the invasion happened some days after the US-Armenian drills in Armenia).
What is true is that the Armenians have every right to forge relations with non-imperialists, anti-imperialists, or even imperialists if this will help their chances of survival, considering how Russia did nothing to help Armenia when it asked help from CSTO after Azerbaijan started capturing internationally recognized Armenian territory (we need to remind the reader that Azerbaijan currently occupies at least 250 sq km of Armenian territory), how Russia did not do much to aid Armenia in 2020, besides mediating the deal that the Azeris just broke, after killing 5 russian soldiers and facing no retaliation.
Nonetheless, we also follow the protests against the government, the September Movement, e.t.c, and we affirm out support to the protests and the opposition parties like Mother Armenia becuase the current government proved unable to defend Armenia against Turkish agression. We also affirm our support for the Armenian nation, and the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh or the integration of Nagorno-Karabakh to the Armenian mainland state, and in short, we support them in any future military endeveor with the goal of self-determination.
